We can assist you in setting up your new business, including securing filing numbers and registration, setting up bookkeeping systems in house, and setting up your payroll, either to be done by you, or by an outside payroll service.

We can come to your office or home and help you maintain your own bookkeeping system.  We can either process the data on your own computers, or periodically review the results and fine tune the data at your office on your computers so that the reports that you produce are accurate and useful.

The use of Quickbooks as a bookkeeping system by businesses has become quite popular, so we have taken the time to learn the system, and can help you in its implementation and operation.  We are a member of the Quickbooks Advisor program, and are Quickbooks Certified.

As Quickbooks Advisors, we have the most recent edition on our computers at all times.  We can restore a backup file from your computer to ours, and make adjustments to your records in our office for transport back to your systems for greater efficiency, and lower costs to you.

For those who do their own payroll, we can prepare all of the required payroll tax returns and electronically file those returns that are eligible for that process.
