Sometimes the financial statements that we prepare as part of our bookkeeping service, or those that you prepare from your own system are not enough.

Banks as part of their loan processes, and bonding companies as part of the underwriting process need financial statements that are different  than those that you use for everyday management purposes.  Certain governmental agencies may require different financial statements, such as for licensing purposes.

Sometimes you need compiled financial statements that include all of the required footnotes, and sometimes you need those financial statements to be reviewed by a CPA.  Sometimes you need those financial statements to be prepared on a comprehensive basis other than tax or cash.  Sometimes a government will have their own forms on which they need financial statements  and supporting data.

We can do all of this. 

We can prepare financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).  We can compile, review or audit financial statements and we can assist you in writing the footnotes that may be required to accompany these financial statements.  We can prepare financial statements that need to be in compliance with the requirements of a governmental agency for a particular purpose.

ESTATES AND TRUSTS
The administration of an estate or a trust is a complicated process.  Unfortunately, one is not called to do this very often, usually only once.

We have been involved in estate and trust administration numerous times, as consultants, as trustees, and as personal representatives .  We understand how to comply with the various requirements and can help you in the process of gathering the assets and administrating the estate and/or trust.

The recordkeeping, reporting to the courts and beneficiaries and computing distributions can seem like daunting tasks.  In addition, the income tax requirements are complicated and require special knowledge.

We have done this before, and we can help you do it this time.
